How Allianz–Synergia Managers Prepared BPO Reports in Minutes

At Allianz–Synergia's October workshop, a campaign-performance report that normally took a participant about a day was prepared with AI in roughly two minutes. Other teams used their own reporting tasks to test QA analysis, incentive reviews and interactive dashboards.

The reporting problem

BPO managers regularly compare campaign targets, actual results, QA scores and agent performance. Gathering the numbers and preparing a presentable report can consume much of the review cycle.

What the teams worked on

Campaign reviews

One participant analyzed a campaign tracker and produced an executive summary, performance highlights and target comparisons. The report made shortfalls easier to locate and discuss.

QA and incentive checks

Another group brought together quality scores, attendance and incentive criteria. AI organized the information into a review of performance bands and suggested items for managers to check against company rules.

Agent-performance dashboards

Participants built dashboards with filters for time periods and performance measures. A manager could examine a trend or a segment without preparing another spreadsheet view each time.

Takeaway for business leaders

Choose a report your managers prepare every week or month. Agree on the calculations and review standards, then test whether AI can produce a useful first version from the same data.

The next test is whether the team can repeat those results with new reporting periods and use the output in its regular management reviews.
