Sound familiar?

The problems this engagement exists for

  • Employees already use ChatGPT, but there is no company strategy behind it.
  • Every department is proposing a different AI tool.
  • Nobody can say which AI projects would actually produce a return.
  • You cannot tell whether you need automation, agents, or simply better use of AI assistants.
  • Data privacy, governance, and uncontrolled AI usage are starting to worry you.
  • The team attended an AI workshop, and now the question is: what do we implement next?
The methodology

The framework is public. The work is applying it to you.

There is no separate consulting framework. The engagement runs on The 4A AI Roadmap, the same four-level model taught in the workshops and used in the free assessment: Assistants, Automation, Agents, AI-First. Consulting is the framework applied to your organization: first establish where the company actually is, then determine where it should go next — and where it should not.

How it works

How your AI roadmap gets built

01

Assess

Where are you today?

Locate the business on The 4A AI Roadmap: current AI use, business priorities, workflows, capabilities, and risks. Governance, privacy, and data questions are surfaced here, not bolted on later.

You receive: AI maturity assessment and current-state view

02

Prioritize

Where can AI create real value?

Map the AI opportunities across the organization, then rank them by business impact, feasibility, cost, and risk. Part of the job is naming what is not worth pursuing yet.

You receive: Prioritized AI opportunity map

03

Roadmap

What do you implement, in what order?

Decide which opportunities call for assistants, automation, or agents; what to do now, what comes later, and what to skip; and sequence the work.

You receive: A 90-day and 6-month AI roadmap

04

Activate

How does it get moving?

Assign owners, select the first pilots, set success measures and a management cadence, and guide the organization through the first cycle of implementation.

You receive: Pilot plan, ownership structure, adoption measures

Jerry's role is to help management decide what AI should be implemented, why, in what order, and how adoption is managed. When specialized development or systems integration is required, the roadmap guides your internal technology team or an implementation partner. Business-side strategy, not systems integration.

What you walk away with

Working documents, not a deck

Depending on the engagement scope:

  • AI maturity assessment
  • AI opportunity map
  • Prioritized use cases
  • Governance recommendations
  • Tool and vendor recommendations
  • 90-day implementation roadmap
  • Ownership and cadence structure
  • Pilot recommendations
  • AI adoption measures
Vendor-neutral by design

No platform to sell you. One disclosed exception.

The recommendation is never a predetermined product. Which tools fit depends on your use case, your data, your people, your current systems, your risk, and your budget. Sometimes the honest recommendation is fewer tools, or none yet.

The one exception is disclosed up front: Jerry is a co-founder of Otoma, an AI-agents company. When AI agents are on the table and Otoma is a candidate, he says so plainly, and the comparison includes alternatives.

Who this is for

Built for the people who own the decision

  • CEOs and business owners
  • Executive committees
  • Transformation teams
  • CIO/CTO with business leadership
  • HR and L&D teams driving adoption
  • Department heads building AI plans

Need to build AI capability across the team first? The corporate AI training builds the skills; consulting directs them. Many companies run both.

Before you ask

Consulting questions

What does AI strategy consulting with Jerry Ilao include?
Four stages: assess where the business sits on The 4A AI Roadmap, prioritize where AI can create real value (and what to skip), build the implementation roadmap, and activate it with pilots, owners, and measures. The engagement produces working documents: a maturity assessment, a prioritized opportunity map, and a 90-day roadmap, not a slide deck handover.
How is consulting different from the corporate training?
Training builds AI capability in your team: workshops where people learn to use AI on your own processes. Consulting works with management on the decisions above that: which AI opportunities matter, in what order, with what guardrails. Many companies do both: training builds the capability, consulting directs it. They are scoped and priced separately.
Do we need an AI consultant, or can we start ourselves?
Start yourself, free: the 3-minute assessment locates your level and gives you a 90-day starting plan, and the toolkit is ungated. Consulting earns its fee when the organization is past that point: multiple departments proposing different tools, real budget at stake, governance questions, or a leadership team that needs one plan it can align behind.
How much does AI consulting cost in the Philippines?
It depends on company size and engagement depth: a leadership working session is scoped very differently from a quarterly advisory arrangement. Send the inquiry form with where your company is today and what you are trying to improve, and you will get a scoped proposal with a fixed price.
Is the advice vendor-neutral?
Yes, with one exception that is always disclosed: Jerry is a co-founder of Otoma, an AI-agents company. When AI agents are a recommendation and Otoma is a candidate, that relationship is stated plainly and alternatives are on the table. Every other tool and platform recommendation is driven by your use case, data, people, and budget.
Does Jerry implement the AI himself?
The engagement covers strategy through pilot guidance: what to implement, why, in what order, and how adoption is managed. When specialized development or enterprise systems integration is needed, the roadmap is built so your internal technology team or an implementation partner can execute it, and Jerry helps you evaluate them.
