How it works
Every question asks about what really happens in the business: who uses AI in a normal week, how processes actually run, where the knowledge lives. Scoring is gate-based: your result is the highest gate your answers clear — it reports what AI is actually doing in the business. Level 1 begins with real use: people using AI to help with their work — even a few of them, even on their own accounts. How widely it's used, how well, and with what rules are reported as the gaps to close within your level, never as reasons to score you lower.
