He read businesses before he ever changed one. CPA and internal auditor inside a multinational, across finance, sales, logistics, and audit, before he wrote a line of code. The advice comes out in business language: decisions, processes, pesos.
Built what 15,000 Filipinos work on
The teaching came from building. He co-founded Tarkie, the field-automation platform 15,000+ employees at Globe, Samsung, and Uratex use every working day, then led 200+ transformation projects since 2014. The 4A AI Roadmap is what those projects kept proving.
His company runs on the AI he teaches
His own company runs on its AI agents. An AI operations manager reports to him daily, and roles that used to be job posts are now agents. When he shows a business running on AI, it's his own business on the screen.
He founded the community for it
Jerry co-founded and leads the Philippine AI Business Association (PAIBA), Asia's first AI business association: free monthly AI Connect sessions, hands-on hackathons, and business owners helping each other implement AI, now working with DOST-NCR to reach MSMEs nationwide. The name is a Bicolano word from his childhood: paiba, samahan mo ako, join me.

I'm not technical. Is this for me?
Yes. The 4A AI Roadmap was built for business owners and managers, not engineers. Level 1 needs no code and no new systems, just access, one training, and simple rules. Everything free on this site is written in plain language.
Where should my business start?
Take the free 3-minute assessment. It tells you which of the four levels your business is at today, where the gaps are, and what your 90-day plan looks like. Most Philippine businesses land at Level 1 or below. That's the majority, not behind.
How much does it cost to get started?
Nothing. The assessment and the toolkit are free and ungated. Paid work like corporate training, keynotes, and AI agents only makes sense after you know your level.
How is this different from other AI seminars?
Most AI training teaches tools. This starts from where your business actually is on the roadmap, and every session ends with a decision, a plan, and prompts your team can use the next morning. It is taught on your business, not on generic examples.
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent that holds a real role in your business: Level 3 on the roadmap. It arrives already trained for the job and works under human supervision. Jerry's company, Otoma, builds them, and that relationship is disclosed everywhere it appears on this site.
