How it works

Every question asks about what really happens in the business: who uses AI in a normal week, how processes actually run, where the knowledge lives. Scoring is gate-based: your result is the highest gate your answers clear — it reports what AI is actually doing in the business. Level 1 also marks the point where AI use becomes an intentional organizational practice: real weekly use on officially adopted tools.
